All work has been finished professionally on time and very friendly staff with no business interruptions at all. Chris Bee, was very helpful and Tom the engineer came after installations on 2-3 occasions to help us with additional training. I can recommend this company highly to anyone knowing their service and aftersales. Once again thanks to APS and their staff.

After repeated poor advice and service from another company we asked Chris Bee to look over the panel and sensors at our Long Eaton office; this was done promptly, resulting in a sensible proposal and we ordered the work to be done. We had been with Chubb for over thirty year but their service became so bad so we sought three quotes for a new system. APS were very slightly more costly than the other quotes BUT were far superior in their presentation. Chris Bee, their rep, was exceptionally helpful – had all the right advice and offered very good suggestions.
