Just thought I’d drop you a line to say we’re very happy with the CCTV installation that Dylan and George completed on Friday.

Whilst I am emailing, could you please pass on my thanks to the engineer who came last week.  The service we received from him was great.

Your engineer, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was determined to ensure everything was working as well as it could be and that I knew how to use the system. He was here for a long time and I can’t sing his praises enough. I hope you will pass this feedback on to him and also to his uplines -he’s a credit to your company.

The engineer that was sent to fix our alarm was brilliant – couldn’t speak more highly of the company!

We had a complex set up and requirements for a new fire alarm system, which needed a very detailed and tailored spec. This was accomplished by site visits with everyone involved, agreement to what was required and where it was to be sited plus much more. I have to say that the agreements were carried out to the last detail. The engineers on the day were conscientious and hard working, Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout (and since), the system is brilliant and the price was very competitive. Fully recommend APS.

We have just transferred all of our security management to APS and from the outset the service has been exemplary. Over the past week or so we have had engineers on site who have been so professional in the mammoth task that they have had to carry out. A big thank you to Ash, Jenny and the team at HQ, who have answered queries really quickly. Also a big thank you to Martin (CCTV & Intruder engineer) & Jordan(Fire Safety engineer) for being so accommodating to our needs whilst on site.
